ne great thing about Estes Park is the lively main street downtown, the great restaurants and incredible lodging options. Either highway from the East ends up on Elkhorn Ave. where a wide-variety of shops line the road, starting at the intersection of U.S. 36 and U.S. 34. Downtown parking can be difficult, so consider stopping at the parking garage on the southeast side of the intersection and take the free trolley downtown.
