Boyles selected as grand marshals By TRINITY COBB The Forum
MARYVILLE, Mo. — Bud and Mary Boyles have been named grand marshals of the 2021 Nodaway County Fair Parade. The Nodaway County Fair Board chose the couple
for their years of service to the community. Bud and Mary Boyles moved to Nodaway County in the 1970s. For more than 40 years, they were involved in business in Maryville. Bud founded Wilkinson Motors in 1971 with Dick Wilkinson. In 1984, the deal-
ership became Boyles Motors. Both Bud and Mary worked at Boyles Motors until their retirement. Doug Meyer purchased the dealership — now Meyer Auto Center — in 2015. The Boyles also owned several farms throughout Nodaway County. See BOYLES, 7
