New Customers

New customers can apply for wholesale via Faire, fill out the application at https://paperbaristas.faire.com, or email me directly at info@paperbaristas.com to order.

How To Order

You can order in a few different ways Pick whichever method suits you best:

Order online at https://paperbaristas faire com and your order will be automatically discounted at checkout depending on the order quantity. Email me, Christy Asper, at info@paperbaristas.com with your order and I will call you for payment info and shipping address. Call me directly at 214-240-3880 to place your order

Shipping

Orders ship from Ankeny, Iowa in 1-2 weeks from the order date via USPS, subject to availability. If an item is on backorder, we will notify you immediately. Let us know if you require specific lead times or time-sensitive shipping terms International deliveries usually arrive within 2–4 weeks (barring unforeseen delays in customs) International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes due for customs clearance once the shipment reaches their country.

Payment Terms And Billing

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx) All invoices will be sent electronically from info@paperbaristas com to the billing email address on file Past-due balances are subject to finance charges of 1 5% per month Returned checks are assessed a $25 service charge.

Display And Packaging

All Paper Baristas products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards If Paper Baristas' products are sold online, credit must be given to Paper Baristas in the product description. Retailers may not sell Paper Baristas products on third-party online platforms (i.e., eBay, Amazon, Etsy).
