Robert and Andrea Covell, of Palm Coast, sold 69 Hammock Beach Circle N. to Suzanne and Kevin Vitale, of Palm Coast, for $1.06 million. Built in 2003, the house is a 5/4/2 and has fireplace, swimming pool, fountain and 4,080 square feet.
Palm Harbor Elizabeth Bey sold 2 Cleveland Court to Antonio Ferreira, of Palm Coast, for $560,000. Built in 1993, the house is a 4/3 and has a boat dock, swimming pool and 2,963 square feet.
