Jimmie and Debra Gonce, of Palm Coast, sold 60 Hidden Hammock Lane to David and Mary Figurelli, as trustees, for $1.2 million. Built in 2020, the house is a 4/4 and has 3,500 square feet.
Gainesville, sold 364 Palm Circle to Rick and Jennifer Vaders, of Flagler Beach, for $315,000. Built in 1979, the house is a 2/2 and has 988 square feet.
