RESORT POLICIES & REMINDERS

Welcome to the Blue Mesa Recreational Ranch.

We want everyone to enjoy their stay with us, so we have outlined a few helpful and important items. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to ask any of our helpful, friendly staff.

10 MPH SPEED LIMIT: Please observe the speed limit - safety is everything.

SITE COVERAGE: Please leave something on your site if you are going to be gone for the day. (The front desk has signs for this purpose).

PETS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES: You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet. There are designated pet walk areas, please check the park map.

QUIET PLEASE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Anyone causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the park immediately.

PARK ON GRAVELED PART OF SITE ONLY: Please do not park in sage or on any areas of plant growth.

DO NOT DUMP GRAY WATER ON GROUND: There is a dump station for this purpose. Please check park map for location.

PROPANE: Service available, see office.

CLUBHOUSE HOURS: Hours posted at the clubhouse. These hours may change with the season.

SWIMMING POOL HOURS: Hours and pool rules are posted in the pool area. No infants in hot tub.

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m. for both sites and rental units.

ACTIVITY SCHEDULES: Available in the office. Please be sure to join in all the fun! No hanging of anything from vegetation (clothes, hammock, etc.).

ATVs: No ATVing in park after 9:00 p.m. Only to be used from point A to point B. No joy-riding in park.

ELK CREEK MARINA & PAPPY’S RESTAURANT: 3 miles west from the resort on Hwy. 50 is Elk Creek Marina with boat rentals and small store and Pappy’s Restaurant, over-looking Blue Mesa Reservoir.

POND FISHING UNDER 12 ONLY A DONUT IS REQUIRED AT ALL SEWER HOOKUPS EXCEPT WHEN USING A THREADEDFITTING.
