The restaurant uses the fresh herbs and vegetables from their on-site garden. It doesn’t get any fresher than that! Omaha farmers markets run weekends from May through the first part of October and offer everything from farm-fresh produce and cooking demonstrations to handmade soap and pet-friendly treats.
