Official Business at Annual Meeting

Those attending the Drive-Thru Annual Meeting on Oct. 17 will have the opportunity to take an active part in their cooperative by conducting official business. Members will be asked if they approve minutes from the 2024 OEC Annual Meeting (shown above), as well as the 2024 financial statements (see above). If a quorum of 5 percent of OEC’s members register at the Drive-Thru Annual Meeting, votes will be tallied and reflected in the meeting minutes.

Members may arrive and register at the Lloyd Noble Center parking lot at any point between 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17. Please bring the ballot you receive on the official invitation mailer. You will hand your completed ballot to a friendly OEC employee when you arrive at the registration tent.
