YOUR VOTE COUNTS! The Annual Meeting of Baltimore Country Club will be held virtually on Monday, May 3, 2021 at 5:30pm via GoToWebinar in accordance with Article IV, Club Meetings, Section I, of the Club’s Constitution. At this meeting, reports will be given to the members on the status of the Club. Additionally, voting for the election of two at large members to the Club’s Board of Governors and the re-election of three Governors to a second threeyear term will take place. The Baltimore Country Club’s Nominating Committee has proposed and recommended the following three Governors for re-election to a second three-year term: Raymond C. Daue, Jr. Hugh W. Mohler, Jr. Gale Woods This year the ballot also contains constitutional amendments pertaining to the incorporation of electronic interaction and the election of the Board of Governors. ◆
How to Submit Your Ballot
Ballots can be submitted by return mail in the envelope provided with your ballot or by dropping it off at the Five Farms reception desk by May 3, 2021. Please print your name, member number, and sign and date the ballot.
