Davis High readies for graduation Enterprise staff The Davis High School senior class of 2021 will head off into the sunset this month, their high school experience capped off with in-person graduation ceremonies. collaboration with students, teachers, parents and members of the community, the graduation staff is proud to host an event that will celebrate the spirit of Davis Senior High School. Continuing the legacy begun by the Class of 2011, the Class of 2022 is proud to host their graduation ceremony on campus at Halden field at Ron and Mary Brown Stadium at 7 p.m. Friday, June 10. There will be mandatory graduation practice at 8:30 a.m. that same morning. All students must attend graduation practice in order to participate in the graduation ceremony. Each graduate will receive four tickets to the ceremony. Additional tickets may be purchased for $10. All tickets will be distributed after the mandatory graduation rehearsal the morning of June 10. Additional tickets are available online through the BlueDevilOnlinestore until June 1. After graduate’s ticket purchases have been filled, any remaining seats on sale to the community. Additional tickets may be purchased at the finance office. Any remaining seats and standing room-only tickets will be sold at the door starting at 4:30 p.m. on the day of the event. All seating is general admission. Gates will open at 6 p.m. for the event. It is important to arrive as a group since all seats including the bleachers are filled from front to back by the ushers. Saving seats is not permitted. Guests will be asked to yield handicap seating to those who need it. No balloons, umbrellas or

No decorated mortar boards will be allowed into the graduation ceremony. All caps, gowns and tassels are property of DJUSD and may not be modified in any way prior to the event. Students without proper attire and an intact cap, gown and tassel will not be allowed to participate in the ceremony. However,
individualized stoles, chords, leis and sashes are welcome. Parking will be available at the Veterans Memorial parking lot and the St. James parking lot. Organizers encourage families to carpool, ride their bikes or walk to the event. Oak Street will be closed off to through traffic. The North gym/Stadium lot will be handicap-parking only (must present a DMV-issued handicap placard or DHS-issued parking pass).
A DVD of the 2022 DHS graduation will be available for purchase through Davis Media for $25 if you order by June 30. (price goes up to $35 after June 30). Go to Davis Media Access to order a DVD. The event will end with a recessional that will lead students out to the stadium towards the North gym. Please plan in advance a meeting location outside the stadium to meet you graduate after the ceremony.
