PALMA DE MALLORCA | SPAIN

Convent de la Missió Art & urban life In Palma’s old town, surrounded by alleyways and blooming courtyards, lies the Convent de la Missiò Hotel. Built in the 1700s for missionaries in training, it underwent extensive restoration into an exclusive boutique hotel. Art is pervasive in each room. The talent and vision of each artist is expressed in each remarkable work of art. The 27 individually designed rooms combine spaciousness, calm ness and luxury. The Michelin star Marc Fosh restaurant features a large terrace and the renowned chef Marc Fosh presents a delicious and appetizing Mediterranean menu full of originality and creativity. Formerly it was the refectory of the convent.

Today, it is a multifunctional space: an exhibition hall and bar, a space for discovering art, and a very special place to share the excellence of a good drink or cocktail. On the artistic side, the Art Bar house works by contempo rary artists from multiple disciplines: photography, painting, ceramics and sculpture. Along with the Urban Spa’s sauna, heated pool, whirlpool and beauty area, the sun terrace contains relax loungers.
