Opening Order Minimum: $1,000
Minimum Per Custom Run: 10 units
Must be Same Style, Size, Pricing determined by units per custom run.
Lead time: 4 weeks from art approval
Timing can vary depending on order details. This does not include transit to final destination.
Sample: 4 pre-production photos
A preproduction sample is available by request for an additional fee.
Imprint: UV Cured Ink
Payment: We accept all major credit cards. A 50% down payment is required for all decoration orders. This will be charged once the order is processed through the ICEMULE Warehouse and is pending decoration.
/ Shipping
Shipping is estimated at 10-12% of order value. All orders will ship Ground or Freight depending on order size. Shipping is provided to one location. Freight orders will be delivered to 1st floor only. Drop shipping is available at an additional $5.00 per location.
Packaging Details: All coolers will be individually packaged flat in a poly bag.
International orders will incur additional shipping and handling fees. ICEMULE is not responsible for tax and duty.

Orders can be expedited with associated costs, please contact us for these options as they vary by units and delivery details.
Cancellation Policy: Any booked order that is canceled prior to customization will be charged a 15% restock fee. Orders that have entered production are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
