Order Minimums: Opening orders: $200.00 per resale location; Reorders: $100.00 per resale location. Payment Terms: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Net 30 with approved credit by CCP, Inc. No COD orders. Shipping: All orders are FOB Warrington, PA shipping via FedEx ground. All freight is prepaid and added to invoice. Returns and Claims: Returns that are not defective will be charged a 20% restocking fee and freight charges will be borne by the purchaser. Merchandise must be returned new. Returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt of goods and must be pre-authorized by CCP, Inc. Any unauthorized return will be subject to 50% restocking fee, plus freight including refused or undeliverable goods. Damaged & Defective Product: Must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment.
