Coffee supplier reduces climate footprint At Gorrissen Federspiel we run our kitchens under the motto “as sustainable and organic as possible”. This means there have been a number of new measures in 2021, as well as our kitchen in Copenhagen retaining its Organic Cuisine Silver Label.
