Over the last couple of years, Pam and Brian have worked to update the agency inside and out with a fresh new logo, remodeled offices, and new furniture. “It’s amazing to watch someone come into our office for the first time and immediately notice that it doesn’t really feel like an office but more like a home,” says Brian Rittenberry, partner at Innovative Risk Services. “Most people come in for a quote expecting a stuffy office atmosphere and realize pretty quickly that we are different than most. They come in as a potential new client and leave as family!” The updates began in 2016 with a front office remodel and expanded to include the entire office leaving an end result of over 3,000 square feet of remodeled office space and a new conference room.
A very large part of Innovative Risk Services is the holiday season. From helping local families at Thanksgiving to providing Christmas for those less fortunate, the team at Innovative love to spread goodwill and cheer! When you enter Innovative Risk Services during Christmas, you will find large trees in every office and common areas and Christmas cheer all throughout the building! Once a year, all of the agency’s clients are invited to attend their annual Christmas open house. Held as a way to give back to their clients, Innovative provides lunch and door prizes to all who attend. Even those who can’t make the open house each year are invited and encouraged to visit throughout the month of December to share in the joy of the season!
