Fear Is A Liar! ave you ever been so afraid of something that when you go to bed at night, you just have to cry yourself to sleep? I struggle with this at night. I always get so afraid of what might happen while Iâm asleep. If you do struggle with this, you just need to call on God to help you, but Iâm just saying that it is not going to get better instantly; it is going to take a while. There are many solutions to this problem, such as going to sleep with a Bible verse, reciting all the Scripture that you know by heart, or just simply turning the radio on and starting to listen to Christian music (93.1 is my personal favorite). There are so many ways to conquer your fear, whether it is not being able to go to sleep at night, what will happen to your family members who arenât saved, snakes, spiders, or any other fear that you can possibly have. I want you to know that you can talk to your parents about it, or even your friends. God is always with you, and He will never leave your side. My favorite verse is one that my GranJan showed me, and it is Philippians 4:8, which says, âAnd now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and

admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.â There are many other verses in the Bible that talk about fear, such as 2 Timothy 1:7, 2 Corinthians 10:4, and James 4:7. There is also a song that my mom showed me that says, âYouâre my courage when I worry in the dead of night. Youâre my strength âcause Iâm not strong enough to win this fight. You are greater than the battle
raging in my mind. I will trust you more, and I will fear no more.â So when you lie awake, just wondering what the future will hold, call upon God and He will help you win this battle. Just remember, Satan isnât in control of youâGod is. Have a wonderful month!
