Fathers and Sons in Commack
The Commack Fire Department has several fathers and sons that have been members over the years, but it’s rare to have them operating side-by-side at an incident. On July 27, 2021, Commack was alerted for a working house fire on Eustace Drive. Pictured are three fathers and sons that operated at the scene. What’s even rarer is that all three fathers are former Chiefs of the Department and all three sons are following in their father’s footsteps and currently Lieutenants.
