Directly to the rear of the property is a block paved patio which extends across the whole of the main house and meets a lawned bank to the main lake with private jetty, which is low fenced to the cottages and the rest of the lake bank. An otter fence encloses the whole of property grounds except for paddock.
Outbuildings
An impressive larch clad and insulated converted container houses the fishery ticket office/bait shop there is also a store room and male and female toilets
There is a large steel building used to provide a practical workshop space with power and lights. This building is also used as a garage and store for the ground’s maintenance equipment.
