ON EXHIBITION DRAFT REVENUE POLICY 2026-2027 At Council’s April ordinary meeting it endorsed the Draft Revenue Policy 2026-2027 for public exhibition for a period of 28 days. Have your Say on how your rate increase for 2026-2027 is applied next financial year! For the 2026-2027 financial year, Council has received approval from the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) to increase its total general rates income. Within the Federation Council Revenue Policy 2026-2027 currently out on exhibition, there are four proposed options for how rates will be distributed across the community next financial year. These options do not change the total amount of money Council can collect, but they do change how much of your bill is a fixed (Base Rate) versus how much is based on your property’s land value (Ad Valorem). Advise the Council of your preferred option by completing our online poll question available on the Council’s website. Council is inviting residents to review the draft policy and provide any feedback by 5pm, Wednesday 27 May, 2026. The draft document and poll question is available for viewing from Council’s website or at any Council office. Anyone interested in providing feedback should do so in writing, addressed to the General Manager, PO Box 77, Corowa NSW 2646 or email council@federationcouncil.nsw.gov.au STORMWATER SERVICING PLAN - FUTURE URBAN GROWTH AREAS Federation Council is looking ahead to the next 40 years of urban growth. At the March 2026 meeting, Council resolved to place the Stormwater Servicing Plan on public exhibition, and we want to hear from you. This plan outlines the conceptual infrastructure required to manage rainfall runoff in our future urban growth areas. Stormwater infrastructure provides for the treatment and conveyance of local rainfall runoff to the receiving waters (i.e. to the Murray River in the case of Corowa, Howlong and Mulwala). What is the Stormwater Servicing Plan? The plan provides a high level roadmap for the pipes, treatment systems, and infrastructure needed to service our growing communities. While the current designs are indicative, they provide the foundation for detailed planning that will occur as development progresses over the coming decades. Refinement of these concept designs will include further direct consultation with affected landowners as projects move toward the detailed design phase. The plan is open for public comment from Wednesday 20 May to Wednesday 17 June, 2026. You can review the documents in the following ways: • Online: Download the full document from Council’s website. • In Person: View a hard copy at the Corowa Council Office. • Information Sessions: Meet face-to-face with Council staff at our “Drop-In” sessions (no appointment necessary): • Corowa: Tuesday 26 May, 3pm – 6pm (Corowa Civic Centre) • Howlong: Wednesday 27 May, 3pm – 6pm (Howlong Council Office & Library) • Mulwala: Thursday 28 May, 3pm – 6pm (Mulwala Council Office & Library) Any person interested in making a submission should do so in writing addressed to the General Manager, Federation Council, PO Box 77, Corowa, NSW 2646 or by email to council@federationcouncil.nsw. gov.au. Submission will be received up until 5pm on Wednesday 1 July, 2026.

ALCOHOL FREE ZONES & ALCOHOL PROHIBITED AREAS UNDER REVIEW With the expiry of the existing Alcohol Free Zones and Alcohol Prohibited Areas in Corowa, Howlong, and Mulwala on 1 December, 2025. What we want to discover: • How you currently utilise our branches (or why you might not). • Any barriers to access you may experience.
