La première partie reprend les sept premiers kilomètres de l’ES1 de 2017, avec d’entrée d’importants risques de givre, aussi bien dans la montée vers le Hameau du Champ que dans la descente étroite et sinueuse en direction du Val-de-Chalvagne. La seconde partie reprend la fin de l’ES 15-17 du dernier jour, avec la remontée vers le Col de Félines (930 m). La descente ensuite en direction d’Entrevaux est tout simplement majestueuse avec une succession d’épingles… The initial portion takes up the first seven kilometers of Stage 1 in 2017, with a strong probability of ice, going uphill towards the Champ hamlet as well as downhill on the narrow and winding road to Val-de-Chalvagne. The second part takes up the end portion of SS 15-17 on the last day, heading up to Col de Félines (930m), before heading down for Entrevaux in a majestic scenery, jumping from one hairpin to the other…
