Survey Testimonials In our May issue we ran a Reader Survey to Win an annual family membership to Dreamland Margate. Here are some of your responses: As a single parent it can be very isolating and having moved to a new area where we don't know many people, Families magazine lets us know of local events suitable for me and my children which allow us to get out and enjoy ourselves whilst meeting other families. Krissi Binder Families magazine is that rare combination of interesting articles that I enjoy reading over a cup of tea with helpful information pages that I can tear out and put on my pin board so I’m never stuck for things to do with the family at weekends! Heather Newman I find Families magazine really useful to find unusual days out for myself and my family. We like to try different places and Families Magazine shows all sorts of events going on. So we always find something new! Rebecca Pritchard

Thames path to open While Fulham FC redevelops its Riverside Stand to increase capacity, the work will also see the Thames Path opened for the first time, for pedestrians to walk all the way from Hammersmith to Putney Bridge! The riverside walkway will be open to the public on nonmatch days, and the development also includes new leisure and retail facilities, plus improvements to Putney Bridge station and a huge investment in the restoration and maintenance of Bishops Park. A great idea, we think!
