Photos by Steve Babin Felines & Canines Rescue Center held its 4th annual fundraiser, Barktoberfest on September 29 in downtown Huntsville with 300 guests in attendance. Felines & Canines Rescue Center saves more than 4,000 local homeless dogs and cats annually. Barktoberfest raises the funds needed to provide these animals with the best care possible.
