very year our Summer Guide gets the lion’s share of our outdoorsy picks and recommendations, but the truth is, spring is the best season to get outside. Whether it’s strolling around an art fair while getting to show off a cool-weather fit or taking a walk/ride through our gorgeous nature preserves without being eaten by insects and slathered in sweat, spring temperatures make everything easier. Saturday, Feb. 19 HeART & Soul: A Celebration of Black Culture
