Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning Real estate development is one of the important sectors in the Sultanate of Oman. It is an emerging vital sector, according to the statistical data of real estate trading in the Sultanate of Oman which recorded a 4% increase in the past year 2021 compared to the year 2020. To strengthen the partnership between the government and the private sector, Oman Design and Build Week co-located with Oman Real Estate Exhibition will be held to bring investment opportunities, diversity of real estate products, modern and advanced construction, and design methods. Through the various participations of our partners in this event, we look forward to maximizing the desired benefits through knowledge sharing within the dialogue sessions. Furthermore, we hope that the cooperation will enrich the real estate market in the Sultanate of Oman with diverse and sustainable projects, stressing our support for the success of this event. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning is working hard to advance the real estate development sector towards continuous growth.
