Lancaster Cancer Center celebrated its official relocation on Oct. 28 with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Patients, families, physicians, professionals and friends joined the Lancaster Cancer Center team at its new location at 703 Lampeter Road, Lancaster. The event included the reveal of the Healing Journey Foundation’s Healing Garden, which is on the grounds of the new facility, and guided tours of the center. For a greater patient experience, the 9,000-square-feet center provides amenities, including a covered entrance for patient drop-off, plenty of free parking, and tranquil areas, along with the same cancer care. The new location is also home to Healing Journey Foundation. The nonprofit offers support programs and services to cancer patients throughout their journey. Lancaster Cancer Center was founded by Dr. Hyatt P. DeGreen II, (Peter) nearly 40 years ago. Today, the practice continues to be a family-owned, independent, privately
