Hummus served with toasted whole wheat or white pita and fresh veggies; in-house breaded Calamari; the Fajita Quesadilla featuring grilled tequilamarinated chicken (or steak or shrimp) sautéed peppers and onions; and Fried Cheese Curds.
Self-described as a great place to meet, eat and socialize for lunch or dinner all week long, Pinnacle Grille is owned and operated by Ralph Foley, his wife Jeanne and their son John. The restaurant serves American food inspired by the family’s Midwestern roots, strong community ties, familyfocused values and a love for great food and good friends. Specialty Salads include the Black Bean Caesar with black bean salsa, Caesar dressing and crispy tortilla strips; Strawberry Kale with avocado, red onion, mango, almonds and goat cheese with poppy seed dressing; Salmon or Southwest Ahi. Sandwich selections include classics such as the Monterrey Chicken Wrap; BLTA (applewood bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado); Grilled Cheese and more.
For any occasion with family and friends, Pinnacle Grille offers professional and friendly service, a huge (and dog friendly!) patio for dining al fresco and a menu filled with scratch made dishes. Appetizers include Toasted or Roasted Red Pepper
Guests can also create their own burgers or sandwiches from a variety of selections including choice of protein, bun/bread, cheese, toppings (including specialty toppings) and sauces. Hearty entrees include Steak Gorgonzola Pasta; New York Strip Steak; Surf and Turf with three grilled shrimp; Chicken Marsala; Shrimp and Risotto; Sea Scallops and more. Diners may also create their own pasta dishes by selecting their favorite protein, pasta
