Anthem Gears up for Winter in the Park Event

THE ANTHEM COMMUNITY COUNCIL (ACC) IS DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE ITS LATEST HOLIDAY EXTRAVAGANZA, WINTER IN THE PARK, SET TO TRANSFORM THE COMMUNITY PARK INTO A FESTIVE WONDERLAND ON TUESDAY, DEC. 19, FROM 3 P.M. TO 9 P.M. Located at 41703 N. Gavilan Peak Pkwy., the event promises a magical evening filled with joy, music, and holiday spirit.

In addition to these attractions, Winter in the Park will feature an assortment of food trucks, offering a diverse range of culinary delights. From the sizzling grills of Big Brotha BBQ to the exotic flavors of Safari Samosas, there's something to satisfy every palate. Sweet tooths can indulge in Frosted Frenzy Cupcakes or refresh with a beverage from SodaRush.

Anthem residents are cordially invited to revel in the holiday cheer at the upper park (northwest grass area), which will be brimming with seasonal activities and entertainment. The highlight of the evening will be live performances by the local band The Damn Kids, serenading guests from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. with their captivating melodies.

For those looking to take a piece of the holiday magic home, the event will host a unique shopping experience with holiday gifts crafted by local artisans, including Dantawn Creations, HTD Creations, and Ink by Ikai. Moreover, attendees can unleash their creativity at the Christmas Tree Ornament decorating station, available for a small fee of $4, which includes a decorating kit and a candy cane.

A cornerstone of the event will be the North Pole Pass, available for pre-purchase online or at the event for $10 per person (free for children under 2).
