i. Learning as a network, but what holds it together?
Learning is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.
The Pinnacle of a Triangle.

A triangle. A contradiction. A rural town wedged between a technology park and an expanding city. AI, online teaching, customised curriculum, what do we learn when all knowledge is at our fingertips?
A study.

A study in traditional and digital learning spaces shows the previous to be a grid, the latter a web.

At the hinge between past and future, let us rebuild the haven of a school —not as a system, but as a synthesis. We begin, by housing a web in a grid.

Fractured Nature.

The fragmentation of nature in the site is a mirror of our current situation in modern society. Technology, infrastructure, they speed us along, but cause us to be increasingly cut off from the real, phenomenal world.
We drift.
A Web of Encounters.
When learning moves beyond the textbook, what anchors us? This project asks: Can a building still hold wonder? Can it give children the autonomy of a digital age while offering the grounding of place? Can it be both soft and robust, structured and unbounded?
Let this be the first stage: a space where curiosity is not constrained by the walls, but held gently within them.

Structural Drawings.
