Llano’s newest family restaurant on the Square

egends are not born but created by people who find someone or something memorable and continue to share it with others. The Trailblazer Grille has become a Hill Country Legend because they serve classic comfort food, made from scratch, filled with love and “Hill Country Hospitality.” The first restaurant on the Square in Burnet quickly became an anchor attracting locals and visitors who flock to the Texas Hill Country to enjoy the area’s magnificent lakes and scenic views. Liz and Trace Catlin’s original vision to provide good honest Texas-style food in a family environment has Page 36
earned them numerous awards not only as the best restaurant in Burnet but a certificate of excellence from TripAdvisor three years in a row. Much has changed for them since they pulled their 33’ RV to Burnet and purchased a plot of ground for their future home. But, what has not changed, is their commitment to serving the highest quality food in a fun and welcoming environment. When Trace began looking at opening another Trailblazer Grille, he was approached by six locations that needed a good restaurant.
