DBQ Magazine 2014
We bring in the New Year with resolutions we seek to fulfill, garnering change to better ourselves. We wish to transform the old us into a more refined, and fully realized self that receives & acknowledges the ample blessings a new year can bring. DBQ Magazine is entering its fourth year of publication and it has been a magnificent journey. We started with a 16 page monograph conceived, written, proofed, edited, produced, and published by one David Bridgeforth Jr. and a handful of loyal friends and family that believed in him and his vision. DBQ started as a quarterly hardcopy magazine with a Facebook page for the Indy 18-35 gay community of color reaching 1,800 Hoosiers. Now DBQ Magazine is a 32+ page bi-monthly publication available in hardcopy, digital, mobile, & tablet with presence on three Facebook pages, two Twitter pages, two Instagram sites, and two websites. It is physically distributed in 52 cities in 26 states & reaches over 40,000 people in 36 countries via Issuu.com.
