When you’re in the mood for something different, this Ramadan, make a beeline for Bolla. The curated menu focuses on one Mediterranean country per week, giving you a taste of all-time favourites from each destination. The sharing-style menu allows you to embark on a journey through Italy, Spain, France, Greece and Turkey.
Break your fast with dates, cucumber and mint-flavoured water and soup. Take your pick from fish, meat and veg entrées including Angus tagliata or mushroom risotto with truffle (during the Italian week), Paella de marisco, Spanish tortillas or meat-based pinchos, and a hearty boeuf bourguignonne, sea bream meuniere and quiche Lorraine from, you guessed it, France. The Iftar includes a side dish with options such as eggplant parmigiana, hummus, roasted potatoes and mixed leaves (during the Turkish week) and patatas bravas, to name a few accompaniments.
For dessert, diners are spoiled for choice with decadent offerings such as churros or crema catalana, tiramisu or lemon delizia cake, and baklava or kunefe, amongst others. The menu is available for dine-in and takeaway (via Deliveroo).
