SERVICES
The legal service offerings include advisory and training services in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Corporate Governance, Employment Law, as well as Environmental Law. With regard to employment law, the services include legal representation in the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council, the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration and the Labour Court. Part of the functions performed by the Legal Executive has been to assist the company in compliance with all legislation relevant to the operating environment.
