Spill Response
Spillages will be managed and cleaned up on site in accordance with this ESRP. Any contamination of stormwater or groundwater within the excavated area will be treated as per the main works ESCP prior to release or disposal. Spillages will be managed and controlled within the site. Spill risk will be managed through structural and procedural controls. In the event that these controls fail, management will be by way of adherence to the procedures outlined in this ESRP.

Hazardous Substances and Spill Response Procedures
Safety Data Sheets for all hazardous substances associated with the Project construction works are held at the site office at each CSA. These will be consulted to determine the appropriate course of action to take in an emergency situation, e.g. spillage. Spill kits and associated equipment are located at each vehicle entrance to the site as shown on the attached stage plans.
