Spring Household Hazardous Waste Collection Saturday, May 14 Westerville Public Service hosts the Spring Household Hazardous Waste Collection on Saturday, May 14 from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Public Service Complex (350 Park Meadow Rd.) Please enter from Schrock Road. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, improper disposal of at-home household hazardous waste can cause dangerous conditions for sanitation personnel and the environment, including natural water sources.
