The factory could not overcome the losses In Hoorat aali there was a project to produce green feeds by vertical irrigation and treated water. There were a lot of projects at the 80s due to the kingdom’s increase in income that were stopped due to land reclamation, budget & competition that forced these projects to end. The project that a lot of people benefited from was to offer people a loan for an agricultural project that they have to present their case and discuss the budget. This project raised awareness about agriculture and greenhouses. The 80s were considered as the golden age to the agricultural field. Nowadays, the country should head towards the intensive farming, vertical farming and these type of solutions since there is no land. (Hasan Alhammadi, 2022) Solution for this issue is to offer people with no land to grow their crops, by offering a rental area allocated to the person to grow their own crops with a lower budget and a controlled environment. The government established a date packaging factory in 1981 with the goal of assisting date palm producers by providing commercial support for their output. The plant was active in the frozen food sector and molasses extraction, as well as packing and dry dates the plant lasted ten years. Previous to the privatization of the company and its eventual collapse. The factory did not overcome it's losing as it was depending on traditional farming where crops did not produce all year around. The solution to this issue is to propose a post-harvest factory with innovative vertical indoor farming that assure that collects the crops from all year round and produce different products out of it instead oof having food waste. The concept of post-harvest in to manage the produce of the harvest, when there is a controlled environment, the production will keep working all year long. This supports the idea waste management and raises awareness in people about food waste and security
