Enhanced Coordinated Children’s Services Inititative is a process that seeks to prevent out-of-home placement for children between the ages of 0-18 residing in Dutchess County, NY. ECCSI facilitates collaboration be-tween families and service providers in order to strengthen the family and meet each family’s unique needs.
