For remote Diagnostics: IQANconnect is our remote diagnostic service which will let you connect to your machines over the Internet. Once you are connected you can for example measure and adjust values in real-time, read logs and download new software. Select the number of connection to be included in the license. One connection provides remote access to one machine for 24 hours.
