How Did Jacque Pepin become involved?

I was in the middle of a merger that was getting messy, and got a call from Jacque, who said he believed in me and encouraged me to go out on my own. And I did. Within two weeks I was sitting in my car in front of KQED adding California Caviar stickers to jars. I've never looked back.

Favorite way to eat caviar?

Off the back of my hand, like a bump.
